Compliance certificate validity period
|
The term of certificate validity shall be specified by the Certification body, but shall not exceed 4 (four) years. A new compliance certificate shall be issued upon a decision on extension of the validity term. In case of product batch certification the certificate shall be valid for the whole life of the article.
