Receipt of a compliance certificate for the product shall oblige the applicant to label its product with Compliance mark. Compliance mark shall be labelled on an item or its container (package).

An applicant having received a conformity certificate for cervices has the right label all its documentation, receipts and concluded contracts with a System Conformity Mark and use the mark in advertising, information materials, outdoor signs and stands.
