Products indicated in the issued certificate shall be labelled a conformity mark used within GOST R Certification System.
A conformity mark shall be printed on a product and (or) container, packing, as well as specified in accompanying technical documentation.
A conformity mark shall be printed on fixed part of each certified product unit. Should the conformity mark be printed on packaging such mark shall be printed on each packing unit of such product. The conformity mark shall not be printed next to trademark.
The registration number of a Certification Body which issued a certificate (e.g. MT-30) is under the conformity mark.
If it is not possible to print the conformity mark on the product the conformity mark shall be printed on a container or packaging. Special tools such as labels, bands made as a built-in part of a product (for ropes, cables, wirings etc. ) are used, if necessary.
The rules applied to conformity mark printing on specific products shall be determined by the procedure for certification of homogeneous products.

An applicant having received a conformity certificate for cervices has the right label all its documentation, receipts and concluded contracts with a System Conformity Mark and use the mark in advertising, information materials, outdoor signs and stands.
