In order to obtain the Vehicle Design Safety Certificate it is necessary to perform the procedure established by the Technical Regulations, for which the Applicant shall submit an application to the test laboratory for conformity assessment of SV and provide the relevant vehicle for inspection.

ONLY ACCREDITED TEST LABORATORIES shall have the right to issue VDS Certificates. The Test Laboratory (TL) of Certification Center "RESPECT" has been registered under the number ROSS RU.0001.21МТ77 and included into the Register of Organizations Authorized by GOSSTANDART of Russia to Carry Out Conformity Assessment of VS with Issue of the VDS Certificate.
